State of New Jersey v. T.W. – Client charged with Murder and convicted at trial, sentenced to life in prison. On appeal case revered and new trial ordered for Courts failure to provide requested jury charge.

Derrick Brown (070200) – Oral argument / NJ Supreme Court – Under the circumstances, did police officers investigating narcotics transactions possess a reasonable basis to conclude that a Camden house was abandoned, thereby entitling the police to enter and search the interior of the premises without a search warrant?

State of New Jersey v. M.D.– Client charged with first degree murder, first degree robbery and weapons charges. In an extensive trial, client was acquitted of all charges by jury.

State of New Jersey v. T.L.– Client charged with first degree murder and several other offenses. After an extensive trial, client was acquitted of all charges by jury.

State of New Jersey v. J.G.– Jury acquitted client on all counts of indictment where client was charged with various drug distribution offenses by police who alleged that they observed client conduct hand to hand transactions.

State of New Jersey v. MM– All counts dismissed against client charged with 1st degree kidnapping and endangering charges.

State of New Jersey v. E.F.– All counts dismissed against client charged with narcotics offenses where police set up a controlled buy.

State of New Jersey v. E.B.– All counts dismissed after successfully suppressing evidence where client was charged with 1st degree drug distribution involving multiple jurisdictions.

State of New Jersey v. K.L.– Client charged with multiple indictments of narcotics distribution and evidence was successfully suppressed.

State of New Jersey v. M.K.– All counts of indictment dismissed where client was charged with 2nd degree burglary.

State of New Jersey v. J.P.– All felony counts of indictment dismissed where client was charged with 1st degree offense. Case resolved as a disorderly persons offense.

State of New Jersey v. RR– All felony counts dismissed where client was charged in three separate indictments for narcotics offenses, aggravated assault and 1st degree robbery. Case resolved as a disorderly persons offense.

State of New Jersey v. T.B.– All counts dismissed where client was charged with weapons and drug offenses.

State of New Jersey v. R.F.– Client charged with double attempted murder. After substantial investigation, case resolved for time served and all serious charged dismissed.

State of New Jersey v. T.– Client charged with serious 2nd degree charges. After substantial investigation and negotiation all felony charges dropped.

State of New Jersey v. G.S.– Client charged in two separate indictments for first degree offenses where police officer alleges he made a photo identification of subject. Trial fought to a hung jury resulting in a plea agreement for time served to reduced charges.

State v. P.E.– Where client charged with first degree offenses evidence was successfully suppressed resulting in favorable plea deal.

State of New Jersey v. K.Y.– Client charged with 2nd degree offenses. After a motion to dismiss, all felony charges dismissed.

State v. C.B.– Client’s conviction reversed and all felony charges dropped on petition for post-conviction relief.

State v. J.K.– Client’s sentence substantially reduced on successful petition for post-conviction relief.

State v. S.H.– Client’s sentence substantially reduced on successful petition for post-conviction relief.

State v. M.M.– Client charged with DUI. After motion to suppress, charges dismissed.
